Bits and pieces of one image are superimposed on bits and pieces of another image, creating a new visual entity, so far existing only in the digital world!
Think of it as a patchwork or digital mosaic…
Why do we choose specific bits and pieces of an image instead of others? We are looking at color, line, pattern, simulated textures, and more that suggest various rhythms and moods.
We know what we like!
